Throughout my career, I have gained leadership experience in several areas of the printing and packaging industry (production, maintenance, investments, organizational development and improvement). I have worked as an internal consultant for LEAN and TPM implementations in multiple positions within multinational environments. I am a founding board member of the Hungarian Industrial Maintenance Organization, and a member of the European Asset Management Committee (EAMC) within the European Federation of National Maintenance Societies (EFNMS).

I have 21 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry. I have gained leadership experience in various organizational units: NPI – production preparation, production, production planning, and Supply Chain. In my efficiency improvement projects, I have always placed people at the center, because I believe that by involving them and working together as a team with their valuable ideas, every company can be much more successful.

Since 1994, I have been working as an offset press operator, and since 2001, with a degree in printing engineering, I have been active in the field of sheet-fed offset printing. I have nearly 20 years of experience in maintaining and developing the operational reliability of large-format KBA printing machines, establishing maintenance schedules, and creating risk-based spare parts inventory systems. I deal with the implementation of measurement technology (xrite exact, colorcert, IC Plate), calibration, creation of unique digital color references to support printing, calibration of CTP production, introduction of special printing techniques (e.g. effect varnishing, printing with white base), efficiency improvement, and training of press operators.

I am an engineer, university lecturer and researcher, specializing in graphic communication and management. I have several decades of experience in light industry and media technology education, as well as in printing industry research. As an honorary university lecturer at the Rejtő Sándor Faculty of Light Industry and Environmental Engineering of Óbuda University, I actively participate in the professional community, in national and international conferences and research projects. My mission is to support the development of the printing industry by connecting scientific results with industrial experience, with special focus on education, innovation and efficiency improvement.
